Overall review: Super light, stealth and packable. One tester found the ‘rise’ to be very short and uncomfortable, pulling the waist down and the leg loops up in the small size that she tested. The belay loop is also very short which adds to the pulling of the two into each other, scrunching the harness. However, since you can order the leg loops and waist in different sizes, you’re sure to get the perfect fit.
The two gear loops fit plenty of draws for any sport-send and its simplicity creates a sense of barely even wearing a harness.

It's incredibly lightweight, low-profile, and stays out of the way, making it a great choice for projecting or your send go when you want to focus on climbing and not your harness.
Even with its minimalist design, I felt like the waist belt provided plenty of support. Tying in was straightforward with enough room to easily thread the rope and clearly see that my knot was dressed correctly. I also liked that cinching my tie-in knot didn't bunch the leg loops up too much, though there is a little more distance between the waist belt and leg loops than on some harnesses.
I found it noticeably more comfortable over pants. With shorts, the minimalist leg loops felt a bit stiff and could dig in if I spent much time hanging, but if you're projecting or going for the send, you hopefully aren't spending much time sitting in your harness anyway.
The gear loops are well placed and easily carried everything I needed for a sport climb. The molded plastic construction is an interesting design choice. I'm still undecided on whether I prefer it over traditional gear loops, but it kept gear organized and made clipping and unclipping quick and smooth.
If your priority is a lightweight performance harness that practically disappears while you're climbing, the Lithos SL is an excellent option, especially for redpoint burns and days when every gram and every distraction counts.
